Do you want to be a coach for Eagles Golf this year? It's fun, it's easy...and it's a great way to support the athletes as they play golf. You don't need to know how to play golf to be a coach (coach/mentor/supporter)! The program will begin on Tuesday, April 28th and continue every Tuesday night (5:30 to 7 p.m.) through September 15 (except there will be no program sessions in July). You don't have to be there every Tuesday...just when you can make it! We'd love to see you out there!

It's time for our 4th (and last) club social of this term...at the beautiful B Street Theatre (2700 Capitol Avenue, Sacramento)! A little bit meeting, a lot of socializing, great food and a whole lotta fun! Bring your family, friends, neighbors - mix and mingle and enjoy hanging out with your favorite people...Rotarians! Don't forget...this is on a Thursday night and begins at 6 pm...which means we will be dark the next day, Friday, June 5th. Join us for fun and socializing! |

PWR Founder's Day celebration!

Queen Dorthe will be missing from this week's meeting...but don't despair! The wonderful, funny and downright good guy Todd Murray will be presiding over the meeting! He is a Past President, so he knows the ropes! We will be celebrating our charter members, past presidents, people from the past who've made our club as wonderful as it is...and all of our members! Join us for this special meeting of recognition, honor...and a whole lotta fun! Add in the usual announcements, birthdays, happy dollars, etc. along with a buffet breakfast and we've got a great meeting! The bell rings at 7:30 am and we'll be meeting at Del Paso Country Club. |

Another great meeting with a great speaker - John McGinness, former Sacramento County Sheriff! John McGinness spent more than 31 years with the Sheriff's Department and served in every service area of the Department. He is a highly decorated veteran with a background in many high profile assignments. He hosts his own show on Sacramento's top rated NewsRadio KFBK on AM 1530 and FM 93.1. We will be meeting at the Conzelmann Community Center again (at the Fulton El Camino Park District headquarters - Howe Ave. and Cottage Way) with the meeting beginning at 7:30 am. Join us for a great buffet breakfast and the usual announcements, birthdays, happy dollars...and more! |
