Point West Rotarians were once again working in our community – this time at Greer Elementary! PWR provided a grant of $5,000 to River City Food Bank’s BackSnack program to benefit Greer Elementary School. Past President Rick Bixler and Roger Gaskin delivered the first round of snacks to the school. Future deliveries will be on a monthly basis. Amy Gregory, Principal of Greer Elementary praised Point West Rotary saying “Thank you all SO much for all your help in bringing the BackSnacks program to our students. These snacks will help support our students so they can start their day with full tummies, ready-to-learn minds, and grateful hearts!"
